Up for sale in our Tampa showroom is a very nice 1998 Dodge Ram 1500 SS/T. The SS/T (Super Sport Truck) version was available from 1997 to 1998 and included all the same upgrades except the door sticker. The SS/T also had SS/T designed into the stripe on both the hood and tailgate. This 98 SS/T has the original 360 cubic inch 5.9 liter V8 with a Jet Stage II performance chip and linked to a smooth shifting three speed automatic transmission with over drive both sporting actual mileage of only 54888. That is correct folks and not a typo only 54888 miles on this SS/T little over 3000 miles per year since bought new. No problem getting the power to the pavement in this 98 Dodge thanks to the Dana Spicer Positive traction rear end and 4:56 gears. The exterior color on this 1998 Dodge SS/T is a very rich and glossy red and silver that is complimented very nicely by the two tone red and silver interior. The SS/Ts were available in white/blue red/silver black/silver and green/silver; in my opinion the red/silver and black/silver are the most popular.
