A Ford 302 CID V8 that produces 300 horsepower was purchased from Summit Racing, and was chosen to power this 37 Ford Slantback. A rebuilt C4 automatic transmission was installed to shift those horses to the Ford 8 rear end, and does so very smoothly. Its great to see a Ford with an all Ford drive train! A Fatman front end was installed, along with power steering and power brakes (disc front), to make this street rod capable in any driving situation.
