We are excited to have this 1965 Mercury Comet convertible for sale in our Fort Lauderdale showroom. This isn’t the regular 1965 Comet that rolled out of the factory. This is a fully custom-built Comet that is awesome. This car doesn’t even have 100 miles on it since it’s frame off restoration. Its heartbeat is a powerful 351ci V8 Windsor engine that is matched to a new 5 speed manual transmission. Its super cool to drive this powerful small muscle car. It handles real nice and when you step on the gas pedal the Comet shows his muscles. You will find more updated features such as power steering, cruise control, cold A/C, digital gauges, new power canvas top and more. The new beautiful black paint is a perfect match to the new Crager SS rims. Open the door and you will find an interior that looks like brand new. This whole car is just a joy. Even if you take a look underneath or in the trunk you will be pleased. Everything is nice and clean. We have never seen one like this in our South Florida showroom and we probably never will. If you’re looking for something special, this Comet is a must. You will see dozens of Camaros and Corvettes at car shows but you probably will never find another Comet like this one.
