The model was shoehorned between the highest trim GTX and the Satellite and was a huge success. The Road Runner sold double its expected numbers in the first year. This Road Runner is a real thrill getting it up to speed. The Bahama Yellow paint presents extremely well. The body lines and classic styling are sure to turn some heads. This rare A 12 left the St. Louis assembly plant in 1969 with a lift off hood with a 440 Cubic Inch V8 Big Block with 6 pack carbs underneath that sounds fantastic and will let your fellow motorists know you are on the road. Mated to that classic engine is a Code 93 3-speed automatic transmission running the power back to a posi-traction Dana rear end with 4:10 gears. This car will really get up and go.
