The décor is perfect, with plenty of Grateful Dead stickers, vintage motorcycle and motocross memorabilia, and a killer 8-Track collection. These VW vans are not known for their speed, but thankfully this one has been tastefully upgraded in the power department. The engine is a 2,365cc Flat Four with a forged crank, 88mm Big Bore, Mahle rods, and a Weber down draft carburetor. This power plant makes for a capable cruiser that is comfortable on the highway. Another unique feature to this V-Dub is the 3-speed automatic transmission. This is a nice alternative to the typical VW 4 speed for those that don’t want to bother with shifting their own gears.
