VEHICLE DESCRIPTION

Used 1925 Chevrolet Superior for sale in OFallon, Illinois

This 1925 Chevrolet Superior Series K Touring found its way to the Gateway Classic Cars Showroom in Saint Louis, and we could not be more excited to present it to you. BACKGROUND: The Chevrolet Superior was launched in 1923, manufactured by Chevrolet for four years with a different series per year. The 1925 model was known as the Series K. All Superior models were powered by a 171 cu in (2.8 L) 4-cylinder engine, 26 hp @ 2000 rpm, and shared the 103 in (2,616.2 mm) wheelbase. There is a very high quality find at this very accessible price-range. You would be hard pressed to find another with this condition and that runs this smooth for under $15,000. The royal blue metallic exterior looks like it was painted within the last 10 years. It still in good condition, but you might notice a chip or two around some of the connecting points. The black fenders are also in good condition and there isnt any corrosive rust anywhere to be found. The leather interior does not have any tears or stains and still enjoys lots of soft cushioning. The removable vinyl top is clean, fits tight, doesnt have any tears, and shows very little wear. The interior carpet is also very clean and looks like a recent install. The tires have plenty of treads and do not show any signs of rot. As you can witness in the video, youre not going to win a race against an Amish family in a two-horse buggy, but there is plenty of speed for you to enjoy your day out. All of the gears work and it shifts very easily.
