VEHICLE DESCRIPTION

Used 1940 Plymouth Sedan for sale in Dearborn, Michigan

For Sale in our Detroit Showroom is a very unique and desirable 1940 Plymouth 2-Door Sedan. The first thing you notice on this gorgeous hot rod is the fantastic paint job. This beauty is dressed in Gloss Black from top to bottom. This paint looks absolutely stunning from any angle in either sunlight or in the shade. The interior is also a very calm and comforting Beige with two Wise-Guys bucket seats up front and bench seat in the rear both wrapped in a very soft leather and all include seat belts with shoulder harness. The rear seats provide more than enough room to kick your feet back and enjoy the ride. Powering this 1940 Plymouth is a very dependable 360 CID Small Block Mopar V8 with just 2,200 miles since the rebuild. This engine compartment sports a billet aluminum air cleaner, polished aluminum valve covers, ceramic coated headers, and an Edelbrock carb and intake manifold. With these few upgrades, this 40 Plymouth has plenty of horsepower. All this power is courtesy of a Mancini Racing built MRE-727 Torqueflight Transmission with quickshift kit which shifts amazingly. Modern options on this beautiful hot rod include Power Steering, Power Brakes, Power Windows, Air Conditioning, AM/FM Radio CD Player, I-Didit chrome steering column with tilt wheel, and Seat Belts. This well built hot rod has a perfect stance thanks to its Fat-Man drop spindle suspension up front and the 18 inch chrome plated wheels. This sinister looking hot rod is the perfect turn-key crusier that you and others are sure to enjoy.
