1965 Rolls-Royce LHD SC lll (LSEV 245) Dusk Grey with Red Hides. This car has a great history. I first saw it when I took it in trade from its original SC owner in March 1976, with 120,642 miles, it now has 165,046 miles (Estimated, based on its 100,000 miles odometer). I then sold it to its second (NC) owner in in June 1976, it has been in the same NC family until now. Our Rolls-Royce and Bentley master tech serviced it for many years. However, it been in storage for some time and will need re-commissioning before it can be put on the road. It starts and runs and has a good solid body and chassis, but as is typical with Silver Clouds when they have been sitting, the first order of the day will be to go through the brakes. The car has all its large tools, and more importantly its small tool kit! It would not take much mechanically to put this car back on the road as a weekend toy, as you can see from the photographs the cosmetics are surprisingly good but do need some attention. It is also important to note that this is a LHD US specification vehicle, with factory a/c. It is estimated that about 2418 short wheelbase Silver Clouds llls were built, in both LHD and RHD.
