Its hard to believe the interior is 25 years old as it looks to have hardly been sat in. The door panels are free of any fabric peeling which was a common concern with the R32s. Even the original radio and CD have been kept in place. The R33 received a nice interior upgrade over the outgoing R32 and it really shows. Not to mention the infamous dash bubble is no longer a concern. Power is supplied from the robust 2.5 liter RB25DE. The naturally aspirated setup makes this ideal for a daily driver. The additional torque gained by moving up to 2.5L over the outgoing 2.0L is particularly noticeable in the midrange power band making it a blast on the highway and around town. Plus the fuel efficiency is up a bit over the turbo variant. The 5-speed automatic shifts with ease and is quite responsive to throttle inputs. It does have two selectable modes for snow and sport driving as well. The RB fires up with ease and sounds surprisingly good at idle for still have the full factory exhaust. This vehicle has been extensively serviced, we have a list of dozens of new parts refreshed under the hood, timing belt, water pump, etc. Upgraded items include Navan Spoiler, Kakimoto Exhaust, Adjustable arms and coilovers, XXR wheels on Hankook tires.
