The S-10 pickup truck-based Blazer debuted in 1982 as a 1983 model offering an 83-horsepower 2.0-liter four-cylinder as a base engine for all states except California, which received a 1.9-liter engine with 82 ponies.This hard-to-find, Forest Green Metallic, 2-door, two-wheel drive S10 Blazer has more than the 82 horsepower mentioned above. A lot more! Under the hood now lies a modified small-block Chevy V8. An Edelbrock carburetor on top of an air-gap type intake manifold delivers the fuel to this potent powerplant. SpeedMaster ignition lights the fire before it slips out of the dual exhaust system. A large aluminum radiator and electric fans keep this machine cool. The clean, cloth interior is kept cool with air conditioning while a Bluetooth sound system with a subwoofer provides the tunes.
